Clinical intake
Mandatory step 1
£95 one-off fee
Free screening application followed by a 75-minute comprehensive mapping session to analyse nervous system triggers, identify core toxic loops, and build your bespoke roadmap.
Core rewire
6-week framework
£85 per week (£510 total)
6 weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions (in person Aughton or online). Includes somatic integration, between-session check-ins, and regulation tools. Split into 2 monthly payments of £255.
Deep structural
12-week framework
£80 per week (£960 total)
12 weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions for complex trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, or entrenched addictive patterns. Full somatic rewiring and identity architecture. Split into 3 payments of £320.

Help4Minds – Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please be aware that short-notice cancellations and no-shows not only affect my schedule but also impact other therapists who share the therapy space.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This will be deducted from the session cost when you attend.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend, the session fee will be charged in full.
Changes of mind after booking are not grounds for refund. Once a slot is confirmed, it is held exclusively for you.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
