All personal information, session notes, and contact details are stored securely using encrypted, password-protected digital systems or locked files.
In accordance with UK professional insurance and clinical guidelines, client files and records are securely retained for a standard period of 7 years following the conclusion of your therapy, after which they are permanently and securely destroyed.
